| Unfortunately, you cannot select your own number. We randomly select your number from a group of available numbers. However, on the sign-up form, you are given a choice to request an 800 number versus an
866 number for a one-time $10.00 fee. If you do not see this choice, then we are currently out of 800 numbers, but have
866 numbers. |

| What are the surcharges & fees? |

Is800 has no connection fees, maintenance fees, or taxes that will diminish your minutes. There is a one-time setup fee of $5.00 per Toll-Free Number you order. There is also a low $5.00 monthly fee per toll free number.
The FCC mandates a 79 cents surcharge per call, when your Toll-Free number is used from a payphone. |

| How am I billed? |

All Is800 accounts are prepaid. You can open an account for $25, $50, $100, or $250. We will debit the setup fee plus first month's fee from your initial balance. Future month's fees will be charged to the credit card on file. As calls are made to your Toll-Free Number, we deduct from your prepaid balance.
For example, a 10 minute call routed to a U.S. number will only cost you 65 cents! (10 minutes x 6.5 cents US rate) |

| When will my Toll-Free Number be activated? |

| It will take a maximum of one business day to process your application (usually within 3 business hours). Once your application is approved, you will be emailed your Toll-Free Number. Once you receive the activation email, your Is800 Number will be active and ready to receive calls. |

| How many Toll-Free numbers can I have on my account? |

| Once your initial Is800 is setup, you can add up to four additional Toll-Free numbers to your account however a monthly fee of $5 applies per toll free number. |

| Can I setup my account to recharge automatically? |
