There is a one-time setup fee of $5.00 per "866" Is800 Toll-Free Number you request, and a $10.00 one-time fee per "800" Is800 Toll-Free Number you request. There are costs associated with obtaining a Toll-Free Number, and so we require this small setup fee. This is a minor fee compared to other services.

$5.00 Monthly Fee

Is800 has no connection fees, maintenance fees, or taxes that will diminish your minutes. There is a low $5.00 monthly fee per toll free number.

79¢ per call Payphone Surcharge

The FCC mandates a 79-cent surcharge per call when your Toll-Free number is used from a payphone. We cannot control this surcharge, as it comes directly from the U.S. Federal Government.
